We had a fantastic experience at this apartment! The central location made exploring the area easy, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. We had our car, and the parking garage was only a block away. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, easily accommodating our party of six. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the manager was excellent. They were responsive and helpful.

Hotel staff was great. They worked with me on multiple occasions for a variety of reasons to help with my experience in Spain. They gave me excellent suggestions on food and entertainment in the area, helped me when I had issues with technology, and went out of the way to make me feel at home while I was in the hotel for an extended period of time. I can not say enough good things about the staff.

The hotel is a brand new construction. Rooms are spacious with a good Air Conditioning system, good shower with high pressure of water and reliable hot water. People at reception are very nice and attentive. Breakfast is very good, lot of choices, eggs, fruits, cheese, etc and kinds of breads including gluten free bread, really good breakfast for 14 euros each.

Nice hotel in a nice town, very comfortable, with an excellent restaurant (breakfast were excellent). The location is fine, close to downtown Villaviciosa, with a supermarket, petrol station and some fast food restaurant close by (walking distance). Staffs were very kind and helpful.
